MY APPROACH
WHY THERAPY NOW?
More and more people are seeking to enter into psychotherapy as the day-to-day stresses are increasing. Many people are working harder than ever at the same time beinv involved in the daily lives of their families. The stress that this creates can feel overwhelming. Peopel feel like they have no control over distrubing thoughts or instrusive bheaivors that make it difficult to carry out their daily behaviors.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy focus on present throughs, behaviors and physical sensasions that often arise from a learning history which created maladaptive patterns of thinking and behaviors. I will work together with you to identify these maladaptive behaviors and work to change them to more adaptive behaviors and thoughts.
